You must be authorized by your organization to use SaniOps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with system integrity, or disrupt service operation.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.

3. Data and Content

Your organization retains ownership of operational data submitted to the platform, including inspection notes, incident reports, tasks, and uploaded materials. You grant SaniOps a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide and improve the Services.

4. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. While we aim to provide reliable service, uptime is not guaranteed and the Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

SaniOps and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and design, excluding your organization's data. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaniOps disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, to protect security, or where required by law. Your organization may stop using the Services at any time.
